The National Science and Technology Conference is a crucial policy platform for Taiwan’s scientific and technological development, bringing together experts and scholars from industry, government, academia, and research institutes to jointly review the nation’s current technology status and formulate future development directions.
The 10th conference adopted the theme “MORE FOR THE FUTURE – Intelligence・Low Carbon・Health・Sustainability” to address global technological trends, energy transitions, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It integrated Taiwan’s national science and technology policies, proposing cross-disciplinary innovation strategies.
Held during the later stages of the pandemic, societal expectations for science and technology—particularly in epidemic prevention, environmental improvement, and quality of life—were stronger than ever. Therefore, the visual design not only needed to carry policy significance but also convey the core values of “Foresight, Sustainability, and Shared Prosperity,” while showcasing Taiwan’s technological strength and cultural identity on the international stage.

Creation of opening animations and policy promotion videos, using gradient circles and pixel particles as the dynamic visual core, paired with music and smooth transitions to communicate policy visions and key topics in a visual and narrative form.

Videos were used during the opening ceremony, session transitions, live streaming, and social media promotion, effectively enhancing audience engagement and message retention.
