This project focused on creating a friendly and clear visual identity for the Taoyuan Motor Vehicles Station. The design scope covered spatial wayfinding graphics, informational iconography, and uniform design.
The spatial visuals apply bold numbering, intuitive pictograms, and a cheerful deer mascot to guide visitors through various inspection stations. The mascot not only adds warmth to the environment but also delivers friendly messages to reduce visitor stress. Custom icons were designed for key inspection processes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
In addition, the mascot was integrated into staff uniforms and embroidered badges, creating a cohesive and approachable brand presence across the facility.

Icongraphy
A set of clean, modern icons was developed to represent various inspection procedures, including Emission Test, Slip Test, Brake Test, Visual Inspection, and Chassis Inspection. The line-based style ensures clarity and consistency across different applications.
Typography
The design uses the “Jin Xuan Family” typeface, providing a friendly yet professional look that improves legibility in signage and printed materials.
Mascot
A cheerful deer character was created to guide visitors through the inspection process. With different expressions and messages—such as greetings, encouragement, and farewells—the mascot adds a welcoming and human touch to the facility environment.
Working Suit
The mascot is also featured on embroidered staff badges and integrated into the uniform design, strengthening the station’s approachable and service-oriented image.
